On line application system (Spring 2011) 

Application deadline: 

 

 

English speaking programs with NTUST scholarship : October 31. 2010

 

Other programs : Novembet 30, 2010

 

 Late submission after deadline or incomplete application will not be processed. 

Spring 2011 accepted students are not allowed to defer their admission to fall 2011.

 


Application procedures:

 1. Enter your personal information and the program you plan to study on line.

 2. Make sure all the information is correct, then press "submit" to confirmation page and  print out the application form, declaration, authorization, and cover page by system. 

 3. Sign you name on the completed application form, declaration, and authorization.

 4. Send the above and other required documents (please refer to application guideline for details) by using the printed cover page to the department you plan to apply of NTUST before deadline.

 
** Applicant may log in their account to view whether their  application documents has been received.    The student who complete on line application but fail to send the application documents by postal mail to NTUST before application deadline will be regarded as giving up.

** The paper application forms are no longer available.  Applicants who do not apply on line and send outdated paper application forms from previous years will not be processed for admission review.)

 

 

Required documents:

  (1)  Application form, declaration, and authorization

  (2) One copy of passport or I.D.

  (3) One official copy of diploma and transcript authenticated by ROC (Taiwan) embassy abroad.

  (4) One financial statement authenticated by ROC (Taiwan) embassy abroad.

  (5) Two letters of recommendation

  (6) Study plan in English (around 300 words)
